Our strategy focused on positioning Nutsweet Waffle Store as Ahmedabad’s go-to place for authentic London-style waffles, with a premium, cozy vibe that invites customers to indulge. We created a product lineup that highlights the hero item — the waffles — while building strong complementary offerings with handcrafted ice creams and thick, creamy shakes.
Visual branding emphasized a modern yet warm aesthetic, aligning with the international feel we wanted customers to experience right from the first bite to the final sip.

Task
When creating the brand and product line for Nutsweet Waffle Store, one of the biggest challenges was bringing an authentic London-style waffle experience to Ahmedabad — a city known for its vibrant food culture but relatively new to international dessert trends. We had to ensure the waffles stayed true to their rich, soft, and slightly crispy London-style texture while adapting flavors and toppings that would appeal to the Indian palate. Maintaining authenticity without compromising local tastes was a key hurdle we proudly overcame. Additionally, integrating premium ice creams and thickshakes into the menu while keeping the focus on our signature waffles required careful planning and product development.
